We are a long-standing congregation in the Wadena community, having begun our ministry in 1922.
We are an evangelical congregation committed to world missions and the preaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our goal is to help others discover the life-changing message of the Lord Jesus Christ in a personal way.
Our worship service is a blend of preaching and praise intended to give us an opportunity to draw near to God and encourage one another. We incorporate a worship team in our Sunday morning service including a piano, keyboard, bass guitar, flute, tambourine, drums and singers. We sing a variety of songs including hymns and choruses.
Friendships are also essential for Christian growth and are, therefore, an important part of what we do. Opportunities are provided on a regular basis for people of all ages to get to know others and develop friendships that are so vital to your Christian walk.
We are a part of the Christian and Missionary Alliance denomination. As a denomination we have four distinctives that are symbolized in our logo.

Stands for salvation through the death and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Represents sanctification, a daily cleansing from sin and power for service through the indwelling Christ by the Holy Spirit.

Speaks of oil, a symbol of divine life and physical healing that come from the Lord Jesus Christ.

Symbolizes the return to earth of the Lord Jesus Christ as King of kings and Lord of lords.

Completing Christ’s Commission
The globe adds a new dimension to the long-familiar official logo of the C&MA. The four Christ-centered symbols speak of God’s gift of love to all peoples of every generation. They represent what Christ gives of Himself to His people so that He may present them to the Father without fault and with great joy. Now we give because He gave. (Matthew 24:14)
